The vibrant ocean sunsets are visible year round from this amazing home, where monkeys, macaws, toucans, sloths, aracaris, and many other birds and animals have been spotted enjoying the various fruit trees and plants on the property.
Set up for true indoor/outdoor living, you can watch the sunset from the infinity pool or the covered patio, or from the heart of the home, as there are dining and living areas inside and out with ample seating. This newly renovated space opens up to nature through arched windows and doors, and is well-equipped and well-appointed throughout.
It features new appliances that include a barbecue, fridge, wall oven, microwave, five-burner gas cooktop, and dishwasher. With a kitchen set up to host large groups, bedroom suites set up for privacy, and the modern conveniences of high speed internet, smart TV, air conditioning, and security system, this three bedroom, four bathroom space will keep guests comfortable and well-connected while they’re enjoying their private half-acre of the jungle.

Three Suites in Paradise
When it’s time to sleep, there are three incredible suites to choose from. Each suite has supremely comfortable king beds and private en suite bathrooms, as well as many unique features.
In the Panorama Suite on the top floor, wake up surrounded by windows facing the ocean and listen to the birds from your personal wrap-around covered deck. Elevated as it is, the views from this suite are unparalleled. (Sleeps 2.)
The Grande Suite and the Sunset Suite are both located on the ground floor.
The Sunset Suite has a private patio nestled next to the lush jungle, still with stunning views of the ocean. (Sleeps 2.)
The Grande Suite has a twin over queen bunkbed that provides additional sleeping to the king bed to accommodate families or groups, and its modern en suite bathroom is wheelchair accessible. (Sleeps up to 5. Note: The main living space and the outdoor patio of the Villa are both also wheelchair accessible, as we want everyone to be able to experience the comfort and beauty of the Aracari Sunset Villa.)

Set in the jungle above the quaint village of Hatillo, the Villa is ideally located to discover the southern Zone of Costa Rica. A hardy vehicle is recommended to access the Villa, as the unpaved road up to the home can challenge smaller cars, but the options from there are endless!

The Villa is only a few minutes drive from the renowned surf town of Dominical, which boasts a variety of tourist amenities and local charms.
